Advice columnist job. Earn 50 per hour or equivalent.
When I got into this line of work things were different. It was decades ago. Nobody had a computer then. People would read an advertisement in a magazine or newspaper, make an appointment and come and see me in my office for advice about their various problems, decisions and issues. Now newspapers and magazines are becoming less popular or people prefer to read them online and the idea of someone coming to see you is not as practical for them or for you
as talking to them online.
My team of qualified and experienced advice columnists are
wonderful and help a lot of people. They are genuine, caring and compassionate but their most important quality is the ability to be perceptive, to see a solution,
to understand, to explain, to put things into words,
to make someone feel better and to help them sort out their lives.
This work is helpful to others but it also means that you are doing something worthwhile, contributing to society and earning a good living at the same time. It can be done from home and it is often part time. You do not need previous experience or qualifications. One famous agony aunt who died recently was a nurse before she turned to this work.
Others have been writers or simply been in the right place at the right time with the right skills. If you are caring and good at making decisions this may be the right thing for you too.
It is a proper job. Not mlm, pyramid or commission work. There is no cost to you. You get paid a high hourly rate.
If you are now the sort of person who has family or friends coming to you for support and advice or you have a natural
way with people and solving problems and making decisions then it would be a shame if you did not get into this.
You could help a lot of people and earn good money at the same time.
People wonder where they get such a job. Normal job agencies do not advertise them. Magazines, newspapers and websites usually rarely advertise such posts and if they do where do they advertise them? There is a website now that
does advertise such posts and websites and publications post their vacancies there. The site also advertises it's own vacancies to users regularly.
